1. Copyright Policy

Showly respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Services to do the same.

• identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, where required by applicable law, and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright notice or that person's agent; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

Where permitted by applicable law, Showly may provide a copy of your counter notification to the original complaining party and may restore the content in accordance with applicable law.
